The recorder was found inside a room absent from every blueprint. Its battery was dead, yet the final recording continued to play.

Incident summary

At 2:13 a.m., cameras in the east corridor failed for seven minutes. When the feed returned, an extra door appeared between rooms 12 and 14. The guard entered; in the next recording, the door was gone.

Available evidence

1. The original blueprint contains no Room 13.
2. The recorder clock is two minutes ahead of the building cameras.
3. The final audio names someone who never officially entered the building.
